The opportunity You'd a national team of HR professionals as P&D Advisor and become an integral part of this innovative firm's growth plans. Joining a close knit team, you'll work closely with peers of a similar level and report directly to an approachable National HR lead. You'll be based in the Sydney office an have direct responsibility for a business unit of around 80-people plus the opportunity to Business Partner with people at all levels across the firm. This opportunity will give you access to wide-ranging generalist responsibilities and the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of HR projects. You'd also have shared access to support from a small team of shared Talent/P&D admins. This full-time, permanent position is therefore an excellent growth opportunity for you as a mid-career HR professional. About you You will: offer HR experience experience in a professional services environment; be committed to working in a wide-ranging generalist role be an excellent communicator, happy to work with people at all levels and show proven experience of connecting with senior stakeholders Ideally, your experience will have been gained within another professional services Partnership; law firm experience would be highly regarded.
